Q: At what point would I start to get charged for a "weekly rate"?
A: A weekly rate is anything between 3-7 days of consistent rental of one of our vehicles.

Q: What are the parameters of the "weekly rate"?
A: Our weekly rate will be applied to rentals that consist of a full 7 days + any additional days, up to 10 days of total rental time. Anything over 10 days will be charged as a 2-week rental.

Q: When do I get charged for a "Monthly rate"?
A: The monthly rate will be applied for any rentals exceeding 3 weeks.

Q: Are there any fees for after hours requests?
A: Yes. For any extra work done outside of our regular business hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, we charge a fee of $150.

Q: Are there any additional fees for delivering multiple vehicles?
A: Yes, there is a $75 fee for every additional vehicle needed to deliver rentals to your site.

Q: What are the fees if more than one load is required to deliver all rental vehicles?
A: If more than one load is required, we charge $195 per hour until all vehicles are delivered to your site.

Q: Are there any additional fees if a customer rents more than 10 vehicles?
A: Yes, for that amount of rental vehicles, an "on-site tech" is required at the rate of $395 per day.

Q: Does Nohokai Hawaii provide generators or other power sources for the rented vehicles if we don't have anything?
A: Yes, Nohokai has on-site generators and power distributions available for cart charging. Please discuss this with our representative to determine a price and availability.

Q: Are rentals to the outer islands available?
A: Yes, we can provide rentals to outer islands. Pricing will depend on what type of vehicles and how many, as well as the duration, so please contact us to discuss this.
